Born and raised in Trapani, on the western end of Sicily, after graduating from high school I decided to continue my studies in Foreign Languages and Cultures at the University of Perugia.
With Milena Edizioni, I published two novels for young adults with a strong LGBTQ + theme, available in all bookstores and online in all bookstores (only for Italian readers so far).
Since July 2016, I have also been involved in translations of novels and short stories, collaborating with foreign authors who have decided to self-publish their works in Italy.
Since the summer of 2017, I have been officially working as an editorial translator for Quixote Edizioni, and I held the same role for Hope Edizioni for a year and a half.
Since 2019, I work with Queen Edizioni covering the role of editorial translator and literary agent, handling the negotiation and acquisition of foreign authors' manuscripts to be published in Italy.
Ricopro la medesima posizione anche per Royal Books Edizioni and Sàga Edizioni, mentre presto servizio occasionale al team di Read & Love Publishing and Believe Edizioni.
In my spare time, I collaborate with publishing houses for an honest exchange of views on publications.
